Dear Sea Dwellers!

Last week of April is upon us, and I am pretty sure we are all amazed how fast flying! Crrrrrrazy!

Fish varieties are awesome this time of year, as usual. We offer the most expansive variety in the industry on both fish and coral, and we strive to lift our game on all aspects of the stock.

When you order with SDC, we will always do our best to give you the best variety, pricing and customer service. We know you have many choices where to buy your livestock, and we appreciate you all choosing us to be the main stream supplier for the bulk of your marine, freshwater and dry goods that will keep your customers excited and wanting to come back each week when the shipments arrive!

I can’t think of any other wholesaler in the industry that goes as far as we do to provide you with a customer service call on each order to discuss your fill rate as your order is being packed! We also make sure our stock list is updated each evening on both new arrivals and out-of-stock items. We don’t pretend to have fish that we don’t, just to make the stock list “seem” to be full. Everything we do, we try to bring you the REAL DEAL and bring you closer into our world as if you were picking out your fish yourselves!

All this is made possible by the efforts of many people working hard each week! It’s an ongoing effort that makes us that much more committed than anyone else. Again….we appreciate all your support and hope to hear from you soon!

Dear Sea Dwellers,

We have a humble message for everyone this week. As most of us know, the challenges in handling live animals are never-ending and mother nature always remind us how fragile and demanding these sea dwelling creatures can be:)

Over the last few weeks, we had started to hear strange reports of higher than average doa’s, which is never a good thing! Some of our customers never were effected and the problems being reported were sporadic leaving little clues as to what the problem was. Finally, last Monday we ripped apart the suspected villain and recovered some water from an unused hose, that nearly knocked me over after sticking my head in the bucket!

Being pro-active about a problem, and making sure we stand behind our products is something that we are all about. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the passion it takes to come out the other side of any challenge stronger and more experienced. That is why I am writing you today, to let you all know that we are sincere, and relentless in our effort to strive to be the best we can possibly be.

With that in mind, we are offering some special items for our Customer Appreciation items, in hopes that you appreciate the gesture as much as we appreciate your confidence in our product! Red Sea is now in stock and on special! We also put together many other items for you all this week that will help keep sales stimulated and driving forward!

We hope you take a closer look at what we have going on in both the Stock List and the very special “Furnace” which continues to push the market to meet the challenges we place in front of the Industry week in and week out!
