Canthigaster valentini. Also called the Saddle Valentini Puffer. Occasionally seen in the trade, with a whitish body with two mid-body black saddles, black above the eyes, yellow tail, and numerous pale brown spots on the body, and several brown lines across the snout. Lacks pelvic fins, but uses the pectoral fins for movement.
