Syngnathoides sp. The Green Pipefish is a stunning and very elegant pipefish. Green Pipefish have a long and slender body that is mostly green.
Green Pipefish reach a maximum adult size of around 10 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 29 gallons in size. Green Pipefish are very peaceful fish and shouldn't bother most coral, inverts or fish in your tank. Green Pipefish can be added to reef tanks, but should not be kept with overly aggressive fish or eaters. Also Green Pipefish are not the best swimmers and don't like tanks with very high flow rates.
